Price: $150 per week + additional fees for rain site
Sole Goal Fitness summer camp is for all young athletes in the Philadelphia area. Whether your child is a soccer player looking to come back strong for the next season, a basketball player looking to make Varsity next year, or just wants to get in shape but never played a sport before, this summer camp is the perfect fit! In addition to fitness training, this summer camp also incorporates nutrition education from a professional educator every Wednesday.
Fitness Summer Camp
Progress is key.
The camp operates as two 4-week training sessions focusing on speed, endurance, and agility. Athletes that sign up for camp must complete at least one 4-week session, but are highly recommended to participate in both sessions for maximum results.
At the beginning and end of each camp session there will be fitness testing. Athletes will engage in different games, activities, and exercises everyday that target new specific skill areas and muscle groups each week. Click on the camp dates below to see a tentative daily schedule of events.
